Authorities in our business will tell in no uncertain terms that Lorem Ipsum is that huge, huge no no to forswear forever. Not so fast, I'd say, there are some redeeming factors in favor of greeking text, as its use is merely the symptom of a worse problem to take into consideration.
Anyway, you still use Lorem Ipsum and rightly so, as it will always have a place in the web workers toolbox, as things happen, not always the way you like it, not always in the preferred order.

Vintage PostCard Netsuke – Master of Tea Ceremony
This exquisite Vintage PostCard Netsuke depicts Tyadzin, a revered master of the ancient Buddhist tea ceremony, sha-no-yu, from the 19th century. Made from wood and intricately carved, this netsuke stands at 4.3 cm tall. The postcard itself measures 15 x 10.7 cm (5 7/8″ x 4 3/16″) and was published by the Fine Arts Publishing House in Moscow in 1983.
Tyadzin, the master in this netsuke, deeply understood the tea ritual’s philosophical and aesthetic aspects. He prepared tea, guided conversations, and ensured every detail of the ceremony was flawless. The tea ceremony required precise and meaningful gestures, reflecting the philosophical views of different sha-no-yu schools.
Moreover, Tyadzin’s influence extended beyond the ceremony itself. He significantly impacted Japanese decorative arts. Tea masters like him commissioned special tea utensils (shyaki) made of ceramics, bronze, lacquer, and bamboo. Thus, they set high aesthetic standards for artisans. They had deep knowledge of Japanese and Chinese art, ceramics, and lacquer work. Often, they contributed as architects and artists, designing tea houses (tjashitsu), tea gardens (tjaniwa), and floral arrangements (tjahana) for tea rooms.
In this netsuke, Tyadzin stands with a dignified posture, carefully whisking tea into a thick foam. This captures a critical moment of the tea ceremony. His serene, focused expression and the generalised, monumental forms of the netsuke highlight the significance of his role.
Therefore, this unique item is a must-have for collectors of Japanese art and those interested in the rich cultural heritage of the tea ceremony. Feel free to contact us for additional photos or any further questions. The Vintage PostCard Netsuke embodies the elegance and depth of the tea ceremony tradition.
